Climate stewardship
The MaRS Centre features energy-efficient lights, a smart HVAC system in the West Tower, EV charging stations, rooftop beehives and green space as well as a food court and event venues that avoid the use of single-use plastics.

LOCATION
Getting to the MaRS Centre
With direct underground access to Queen’s Park station, the MaRS Centre is a short subway ride to Union Station, which connects to Pearson Airport and the regional GO rail network. We are also within walking distance of a half dozen streetcar lines, bus routes and bike lanes. Our neighbourhood — flanked by the University of Toronto to the north, Yonge Street to the east, the Financial District to the south and Chinatown to the west — is full of celebrated restaurants, bars, shops, parks and startup HQs.
